Even in the midst of a pandemic, we couldn't hold out on school pictures. So many childhood scrapbooks would be incomplete! (it'll make our yearbook a whole lot thicker, too!)
Here are the details:
Virtual Students (those with zero in-person days only):
Use the School Picture Signup Genius to select a time slot on Monday, April 19th, between 8am-3pm. You will need to be dropped off by a parent at door #1, proceed to the main gym, sit for your portrait, then head out the back door of the gym, through the cafeteria, and be picked up by that same parent a few minutes later around the back of the building at door #4. (see diagram)
 Group A in-person students (Tues/Wed):
Students with ODD day Phys Ed classes will have their pictures taken in PE (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th) on Tuesday, April 20th. Students in EVEN day PE classes will have the opportunity to get their picture taken during their lunch period that day.
Group B in-person students (Thurs/Fri):
Students with ODD day Phys Ed classes will have their pictures taken in PE (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th) on Thursday, April 22nd. Students in EVEN day PE classes will have the opportunity to get their picture taken during their lunch period that day.
Faculty/Staff may drop in at any time during their ODD day prep period, or during their lunch period.
Selfie Option still available:
If you are not comfortable with your student coming to the school for a portrait, we do still have the "High5 Selfie" option available for inclusion in the yearbook. Students were given instructions for how to upload a selfie via the "High5" app by visiting this site: https://high5.id/p/u1x0n
INSTRUCCIONES:
Estudiantes virtuales (solo aquellos con cero días presenciales):
Utilice School Picture Signup Genius para seleccionar un horario el lunes 19 de abril, entre las 8 am y las 3 pm. Tendrá que dejar su estudiante en la puerta # 1, dirigirse al gimnasio principal, sentarse para su retrato, luego salir por la puerta trasera del gimnasio, atravesar la cafetería y ser recogido unos minutos más tarde en la parte trasera de la edificio en la puerta # 4. (ver diagrama)
 Estudiantes presenciales del Grupo A (martes / miércoles):
Los estudiantes con clases de Educación Física del día ODD se tomarán fotografías en Educación Física (Pd 1, Pd 3, Pd 5, Pd 7) el martes 20 de abril. Los estudiantes en las clases de Educación Física del día INCLUSO tendrán la oportunidad de tomarse una foto durante su período de almuerzo ese día.
Estudiantes presenciales del Grupo B (jueves / viernes):
Los estudiantes con clases de Educación Física del día ODD se tomarán fotografías en Educación Física (Pd 1, Pd 3, Pd 5, Pd 7) el jueves 22 de abril. Los estudiantes en las clases de Educación Física del día INCLUSO tendrán la oportunidad de tomarse una foto durante su período de almuerzo ese día.
La opción Selfie aún está disponible:
Si no se siente cómodo con que su estudiante venga a la escuela para un retrato, todavía tenemos la opción "High5 Selfie" disponible para su inclusión en el anuario. Los estudiantes recibieron instrucciones sobre cómo cargar una selfie a través de la aplicación "High5" visitando este sitio: https://high5.id/p/u1x0n
