Dear Clermont Staff and Community:
In cooperation with the Fairfax County Health Department (FCHD), this letter is to inform you an employee at Clermont ES has reported testing positive for COVID-19.
The Fairfax County Health Department (FCHD) will identify and communicate with close contacts of this individual and tell them what action to take, such as testing or quarantine. During this time, you may opt at any time to have your child engage in virtual instruction while the FCHD conducts its contact tracing and investigation.
If you do not receive a call from the Health Department, you are not considered exposed to this case.
If you have questions, you may contact the Fairfax County Health Department at 703-267-3511 (9 am to 7 pm weekdays and 9:30 am to 5 pm on weekends). You may also email ffxcovid@fairfaxcounty.gov (monitored 8 am to 6 pm weekdays).
