Spring Break Begins with a Two Hour Early Dismissal @1:20pm

As a friendly reminder Friday, March 26th is a 2 hour early dismissal. Online and in person classes will end at 1:20pm. For our in person families, please be sure to adjust your student meet up times with any daycare providers as well.

We wish everyone a relaxing Spring Break. Please note that Kings Park ES and our offices will be closed the week of March 29th- April 2nd. Additionally, April 5th is a teacher workday and there will be no school for students. We look forward to warmer weather and reconnecting with our learning community of April 6th

Lake Braddock Pyramid Meeting

As a reminder, the Lake Braddock Pyramid will be hosting our second Lake Braddock pyramid-wide community meeting. This virtual meeting will be focused on building a stronger understanding of equity across the PreK – 12 learning continuum. During this conversation, you will learn more about the clearly defined and connected efforts of all eight schools within the pyramid in addressing equity-informed practices to ensure that all students feel welcome and that inclusion remains at the center of our work.

We plan to share our common approaches to achieve our goal and share specific strategies that each school has implemented to address the individual needs of our connected communities.  Please join us tonight, March 23rd, from 6:30pm- 7:30pm to participate in the community discussion.  Please use the below link to access the meeting.  https://us.bbcollab.com/guest/e94dbfd2261f4024afae685772972abc

We are looking forward to our continued partnership to keep equity at the center of our work, helping to lead each of our students to success.

Sincerely,
Lake Braddock Pyramid Principals
