“The Death of Theatre: 100 Years of Sad Plays Crammed Into Less Than 100 Sad Minutes,” premiered on their YouTube Channel on March 4th at 7pm! Be sure to watch previous episodes any time after they premiere before you tune in live for later episodes every Thursday in March at 7pm! The show is free! If you tune in live, you will be able to chat and ask questions to the actors in real time! We hope to see you at the show(s)! The show stars AHS students Atlas Martindale, Amanda Weaver, Hunter Duggan, and Isaac Nebyu.
Fairfax County 2021 Virtual Teen Job Fairs
Fairfax County high school students looking for their first part-time job, summer and seasonal job opportunities, or who want more information about potential career pathways are invited to attend one of six upcoming teen job fairs and resume building workshops in Fairfax County. Local businesses and agencies will be on hand to offer a range of opportunities including part-time employment, internships, and volunteer work for prospective students.
Volunteer Opportunities and Resume Building
Volunteer opportunities and resume building workshops will also be available for younger students. The two job fairs will be held on Saturday, March 13, from 2 to 5 p.m., and Saturday, March 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Students can register for the March 13 Job Fair and the March 20 Job Fair.
"Fall" Spectator Guidelines
$5.00 Fee
Cheer, Dance & Varsity Football - Two spectators per athlete for home games. Each athlete will be given two tickets. Away contests will be a game by game decision. No other fans will be allowed in the games.
Field Hockey & F/JV Football - General admission.
Golf & XC - Park authority does not allow spectators at this time.
Volleyball - Twenty-five home fans for each level. No away tickets.
New Athletic Registration Site
FCPS activities and athletic programs has transitioned to a new online student registration system. You will need your student’s school ID number, emergency contact info., health insurance card and emergency contact info. This is mandatory for all athletes.
- One stop shop for registering your student for athletic programs and many common activities occurring throughout the school year.
- Electronic submission of the emergency care form and weight room waiver - only have to fill these out once!
- A new home for the state-mandated concussion education program. If you already submitted the form to the office, you still need to complete the concussion education portion online. Sorry for the inconvenience.
