Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers for Nominating Committee
The PTA is seeking three volunteers to form a nominating committee. The committee shall nominate eligible persons for each office to be filled for the 2021-2022 school year and report its nominees to the members at the April 6 general membership meeting. Elections will be held at the general membership meeting on May 11.
Volunteer for After-School Program Volunteer
The PTA is seeking a volunteer to help gather feedback from the community regarding the demand for current year after school programs, and the type(s) of programs desired. If desired, the volunteer will help coordinate with the school and vendors to establish the after school program(s).
Volunteer Opportunities for the 2021-2022 School Year
Volunteers for PTA Board
The PTA is seeking volunteers for the 2021-2022 PTA Board of Directors. The Secretary and additional Vice President positions currently have no volunteers.
Volunteer for Website Coordinator
The PTA is seeking a website coordinator to help with maintaining and updating the PTA’s website throughout the 2021-2022 year. WordPress or other similar experience is preferable. Our current valued volunteer, Virginia March, will help you become familiar with our website and answer any questions before her daughter graduates from Island Creek Elementary this year.
