Hughes MS Updates

Principal's Message

Parents and Guardians,

We had a wonderful week greeting our in-person 8th graders this week and look forward to adding our 7th graders on March 9th and 11th.  Seventh graders will have an orientation to our Stop The Spread strategies and also to our procedures, protocols, and physical building here at Langston Hughes.  Breakfast service will start on March 16th for those who would like it.  Breakfast and lunch are free to all students this year.

If you will be dropping students off and picking students up the Kiss and Ride is on Ridge Heights.  Please follow traffic signs and the direction of Matt Domas, the Security Assistant, who will be out front guiding traffic.  For the safety of our students and teachers’ parents should not drop students in the parking lot.

Students should bring their laptops fully charged and ready for a day of learning.  We are excited to have the full community return next week!

Aimee Monticchio

Principal

REMINDER
