The RETURN TO SCHOOL Newsletter!!!

Dear GFES School Community,

The time is finally here – the time for in-person learning! We are excited to be able to have students in the building again. Please read and keep this newsletter handy for you to reference as it contains A LOT of information to aide our families. We encourage all parents to create a ParentVue AND MySchoolBucks account as both resources allow parents the time, ease and access readily information on their children. As well, parents whose children ride the school bus are encouraged to download the MySchoolBus app. The app will show you in real time the bus movement for arrival and dismissal.

If you are bringing your child to school, please access the KISS and RIDE lane as the main entrance to GFES will be restricted to bus traffic only. Kiss and Ride students will use the 2nd entrance. If you plan to use KISS and RIDE please sign up by contacting Karen Haworth @ KLHaworth@fcps.edu.

Parents are reminded there is NO parking on the yellow curbs at school as they are the fire lanes. Please park in a parking space or on Glen Forest Drive. All walker students will enter and exit only at Door 4 in the back of the main building.

If you have any questions regarding returning to school, please contact the main office or your grade level assistant principal.
