Two Health Forms Required for All Students
There are two health forms that all parents/guardians must fill out as we continue to plan for a Return to School. Parents/guardians must fill out the two forms for all children whether they plan to return to the school building this year or remain virtual all year.
Health Information in the Emergency Care Form provides valuable information regarding student health conditions. This information is critical in identifying students who may need healthcare support while at school or on the bus. Parents/guardians are reminded that they can provide this information online via their FCPS 24/7 (Blackboard) accounts within the weCare@school module.
To review your child’s Health Information
- Login to FCPS 24-7 Parent View
- Click on the weCare@school link
- Click on plus sign beside the student’s name and choose:
- Current Health Conditions
- Current Medical Care Details
Family Guide for Return to School
The FCPS Family Guide for Return to School has a wealth of information on topics like concurrent instruction, lunch, the mandatory mask policy, recess, laptops, health protocols, and more.
FCPS' Technology@Home program provides an opportunity for FCPS students and staff to purchase technology products at discounted rates. See how to save on technology products.
