Health Screening Commitment Form Required Prior to Student Return to School Buildings
As many students return to in-person instruction, parents and caregivers will be asked to acknowledge a Health Screening Commitment form before their student(s) re-enter school buildings. This document confirms that a parent, caregiver, or guardian will complete a daily health screening and will keep their students home when they are ill.
The Health Commitment form can be submitted electronically through ParentVUE (PVUE) or via hard copy. Please contact your child’s school to have a hard copy sent to you.
School Picture Day
We have some exciting news! We will be having covid-safe Picture Days Wednesday, February 17th and Thursday, February 18th. We will be hosting these sessions from 12PM-7PM on both days. These pictures will be done via drive-by and masks will be required (will be allowed to remove for photo). Parents will drive up to the side door near the cafeteria/stage. A volunteer from our school will bring your child from your vehicle into the cafeteria. After their photo is taken your child will be brought to your vehicle at the double doors on the side of the cafeteria (Door #2). Please use the link below to reserve a slot for your child(ren).

Student Intent Letters
Report cards for the 2nd quarter are being mailed home later this week. Also included in this mailing is the Student Intent Form for Next Year. Please can you complete this form and send back to the office, either by scanned email to abelcher@fcps.edu, or by fax 703-506-3497 or by dropping off at the front office.

5th & 6th Grade Families
5th & 6th Grade teachers will be teaching Family Life Education lessons virtually to their students. A Family Parent Preview Session will be held on February 17th at 8:00am. Please join us to learn more about the lessons and how to access them. More information will be sent out through email with the link to the meeting and more details regarding the dates of instruction.
Spring Hill ES Seeks Classroom Monitors
Classroom monitors provide in-person classroom assistance for students when a staff member remains virtual.
