Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run is back at Marshall Road for the spring season for girls in grades 3-6! At Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia, we are creating a community of girls empowered to be their best, by teaching them the skills they need to be strong, confident and healthy women. Join Coach Armstrong, Coach Jutcovich, and Coach Harris for virtual practices on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 - 9:00 am. The workout portion of the lesson will be completed on their own. This can easily be done when girls are back from school or logged on their computers at the end of the day. Registration is February 8 - March 8 and can be done on gotrnova.org. An information session will be held on Monday, February 22 at 6:00 pm for those who have questions about the program. The season starts March 15 and runs for 8 weeks! Hope you will join us!
