FALL SPORTS TRYOUT INFORMATION AND ATHLETIC FORM COLLECTION
Greetings Parents and Athletes,
Fall sports is fast approaching! Football and Cheer start on Thursday, February 4th. Cross Country, Field Hockey, Golf and Volleyball start Monday, February 15th.
In preparation for the the fall season please review the following requirements in preparation for the first week of tryouts.

Requirements to play a Fall Sport
- VHSL physical dated after May 1, 2020 on the February 2017 form
- MAIL this form to Heather Murphy at TJHSST
- Please DO NOT email forms
- Registered for your FALL sport on https://tjhsst-ar.rschooltoday.com/
- Complete the Concussion Education
- Complete the Emergency Care Card
- Parent/Guardian Health Screening Commitment Form
Athletic Registration
- MANDATORY registration for athletics & activities
Even if you registered for a winter sport, you still need to register for your FALL Sport
- You can check the status of your paperwork here
- Create a family account https://tjhsst-ar.rschooltoday.com/
- Your registration is complete if the “incomplete registration” is gray. If it is blue, it is not complete
- You can check if your physical is on file under “important dates”.
- You cannot upload your VHSL physical. You must mail that to Ms Murphy at TJ.
