Dear Woodburn Families,
It is wonderful that the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday overlaps with our upcoming Positivity Project learning about perseverance. He was a wonderful model of this character trait and we are excited for our students to learn more about him and how they can practice perseverance in their own lives.
It is hard to believe we will wrap up 2nd quarter next week! Learning will occur for students on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Students will be released at 1:45pm on Friday.
We look forward to seeing you at our PTA meeting next Thursday and hope you enjoy the upcoming two days off with your family.
Sincerely,
Katy and Bridget
