Monday January 11th - Students will log into their classes for Morning Meeting and Attendance at 8:50 am. The rest of the day will be independent work time (no live instruction.
Our bell schedule will remain 8:50 am - 3:20 pm
There is a PAUSE for Return to In-Person Learning for groups 1-5 until further notice.

Free Winter Coats for your Entire Family!
Cornerstones is holding events outdoors on some Saturdays, 10:00-1:00 at their North County Government building: 1801 Cameron Glen Drive, Reston, VA 20190. Come and get a free coat and winter items for every person in your family (adult sizes and children sizes available). Here are the remaining dates for this season:

New Bell Schedule Paused
Because we will not be transporting students to school during the pause in our plan, we will NOT be moving to the new bell schedule on January 12. We will continue to use the current bell schedule of 8:50 am - 3:20 pm |

Langston Hughes Rising 7th Grade Virtual Curriculum Night and Electives Showcase

Students and Parents are Welcome
There will be a synchronous presentation for students and parents to hear about student life at Langston Hughes. Students and parents will also learn details about course information, including information about our International Baccalaureate program, advanced academics, special education and ESOL services, and other programs. Students and parents will also have time to explore our Langston Hughes Student Registration Google site to learn about electives courses and more!
