The Riverside Library will be open next Tuesday through Friday (December 15-18) from 2:30-4:30. Come get books to read over Winter Break! Please follow the signs to the back doors of the library when you arrive.
READ 221 by 2021
What: Mrs. Harris and Mrs. Roeseler challenge students to read at least 221 minutes by January 1, 2021.
Why: Read 221 By 2021 is our winter reading incentive. It promotes goal setting and reading at home. Plus, some lucky participants will be featured on WRES and/or win a $20 shopping spree for books!
How: Students will be able to read any electronic or print books of their choice. They should track the number of minutes they read until they reach at least 221 minutes. Students can use the form on the next page to help them.
Once students have reached the goal of reading 221 minutes, they should share their favorite part of a book they read by creating a Flipgrid video OR completing Pear Deck slides.

When: The reading should take place between December 18th and January 1st. All Flipgrid videos and Pear Deck slides should be completed by January 5th.

Lee 221 para el 2021
Que: La Sra. Harris y la Sra. Roeseler te desafían a leer al menos 221 minutos antes del 1 de enero de 2021.
Porque: Leer 221 Para el 2021 es nuestro incentivo de lectura de invierno para promover el establecimiento de metas y la lectura en casa. ¡Además, algunos participantes afortunados aparecerán en WRES y / o ganarán $ 20 para comprar libros!
Cómo: Los estudiantes podrán leer cualquier libro electrónico o impreso de su elección y mantener un seguimiento de la cantidad de minutos que leen hasta que alcancen al menos 221 minutos. Pueden usar el formulario de la página siguiente para ayudarlos.
