Winter Break Food Pantry Donations

The COVID-19 crisis continues to impact many of our own Woodson families. Many have seen a reduction of work hours and are without pay due to closures. We are collecting donations in order to purchase  local grocery stores and Target/WalMart gift cards for Winter Break.

If you would like to donate to the food pantry, please do so via PayPal: https://paypal.me/pools/c/8uZ00iuiuF  We will be collecting monetary donations until Dec. 15th.

Holiday Gifts and Cards for WTW Teachers & Staff

If you are looking to give gifts or cards to staff this holiday, the WTW front office is open M-F from 8am-3:15pm and items can be put in teachers’ mailboxes.

Since not all staff is onsite their mailboxes aren’t checked as frequently, so you’ll want to give them a heads up if you deliver something. A more convenient option is e-Amazon gift cards. You could also request a teacher’s home address if you wish to ship a gift, but sharing personal information is at their discretion.

Your Donations go a long way in helping our Woodson Teachers!

If you’re interested in donating to PTSO so we can continue supporting our teachers with equipment to assist them in this challenging year, head to  https://wtwoodsonptso.ptboard.com/home scroll mid-way down the page and select the DONATE button! The PTSO and WTW teachers appreciate the support!

Amazon Smile

Why not make your Amazon purchases go a little further. Sign up for AmazonSmile and 0.5% of your eligible purchases will be donated to WTW PTSO. Every little bit helps!

Signing up is quick and easy - click here: https://smile.amazon.com/ch/27-0959675

Parents or guardians who need help in a language other than English should let help desk staff know, and a interpreter will join them on the line. (FCPS also has existing parent information phone lines, available in eight different languages, that can assist with general questions about FCPS.)

FCPS has also set up an online portal to allow older students and parents and guardians to request technology help directly.

Get more information about the new Parent Technology Help Desk.
