December 19th-January 3rd - Winter Break

Message from the Principal

Dear Spring Hill Families,

I hope you all enjoyed a much needed and well-deserved Thanksgiving break with your families.  In the spirit of the holiday season, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire Spring Hill Community for warmly welcoming me as your interim Principal.  It is my honor to lead such an amazing staff during this uncertain and difficult time.

Please be assured that the staff is working diligently and tirelessly on installing appropriate safety measures and protocols, upgrading our technology resources, and advancing positive teaching methods.  It is our goal to provide the best education imaginable to all our students while maintaining the safest possible learning environment.

Since I first joined the Panther Family, I have enjoyed virtually meeting with many of our wonderful family members, and I look forward to continuing to meet more of you in the coming months.  I welcome your ongoing questions, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns as best I can.  Please contact my Administrative Assistant, Kathy N. Hammond, at knhammond@fcps.edu if you would like to schedule a BBCU meeting or phone call with me.

Thank you for your continued patience, flexibility, and devotion to our students’ education and welfare.

Have a safe and happy holiday season.

Sal Rivera
