Online Learning Program Contest

FCPS has provided all elementary students with responsive online learning software this year to support with Language Arts and Math learning.  Students can access these programs through our Clever Portal.  Students who access these programs regularly are shown to make significant gains in learning. Students are encourage to use these programs daily.

In order to go into winter break with as much learning energy as possible, we are going to have competition to see how many minutes of ST math and Imagine Language and Literacy our students can complete to boost their learning.

The contest starts this week and will continue until Thursday, December 17th.

These incentives will be in place as rewards for participation before Winter Break:

  • The student with the most active* usage in each grade level will win a $5 gift card.
  • If all the grade levels reach their average usage goal for ST math and Imagine Learning for a given week, Mr. Johnson or Ms. Tkach will get a pie in their face.
  • The class with the highest average usage will win a Dance Party with DJ Mr. Johnson.
