MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL - VETERANS DAY

Dear Parents and Guardians: I hope you were able to enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend.  Wednesday, November 11 is Veterans Day.  Those students attending in person instruction will be online.

On behalf of the Westfield HS Students and Staff, I thank all of our Veterans for their service to our country.  You are appreciated.

Stay healthy; be safe; GO BULLDOGS!

NEWS AND INFORMATION

REPORT CARDS

Report cards for 1st quarter and beyond must be printed and mailed by schools for all parents/guardians who have not opted to “Go Paperless.” The PDF version of the report card will appear in the Report Card module in ParentVUE and StudentVUE. Instructions on how to print and generate PDF report cards can be found under Grading Secondary - Report Card Setup and Printing (pdf). The grading windows are available on the intranet SIS More Information page.

Parents and/or guardians can opt to “Go Paperless” at any time by logging into ParentVUE, going into “My Account” and selecting "Go Paperless".  Parents should select this option prior to November 6th to ensure they do not receive a printed copy of the first quarter report card. All parents who live with the student and share the same address must have a SIS ParentVUE account and must select the paperless option to prevent the mailing of the report cards.

Westfield Theatre Mainstage

We hope you will join us for the first Westfield Theatre mainstage of the season! The cast and crew have worked very hard to get this virtual show ready for you to experience! Tickets are on sale NOW for She Kills Monsters Virtual Realms. $10 for family or $5 for individual/student. Performance dates - November 20 and 21 at 7:00pm and November 22 at 2:00pm. Ticket holders will receive a link to the streaming performance.

She Kills Monsters: Virtual Realms by Qui Nguyen tells the story of Agnes Evans, a teen who finds her little sister Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook sometime after Tilly's death. Agnes stumbles into a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure in the imaginary world that was Tilly’s refuge. In the process, Agnes discovers how little she truly knew about her own sister. A comedic romp into the world of fantasy role-playing games, She Kills Monsters is a dramatic comedy laden with homicidal fairies, nasty dragons, and ’90s pop culture – a heart-pounding homage to the geek and warrior within us all.
