 Parent Coffee | October 26th 3:00-4:00pm
Our school counselors, Mrs. Drake, Mrs. Habermeyer, and Mrs. Teitsma will offer a virtual parent talk on Oct 26 from 3-4pm. During this talk they will share information to help with distance learning. Topics will include setting up a good work space, keeping motivation and focus, and incorporating stress relief and well-being in the family. We hope to see you there!

2 Hour Early Release | October 30
On October 30th, school will dismiss two hours early for end of quarter grading. Classes will end at 1:05pm.
Grades 3-6 LTES Engagement Survey
We would like to know how we can continue to engage your students more during online learning, specifically the live instruction portion of the day. We have created a survey for your students to complete and we need your help!
Click this link and complete the survey with your child and have them answer these few questions. Students will need to be signed into their fcpsschools.net account to access this survey. This survey will provide us with additional information as we plan for increased student engagement during online classes. We thank you for your continued help and encouragement.
Playground & School Grounds
We know that many families have been enjoying the playground and fields while students are engaged in distance learning. Starting on Monday, October 26th, we will no longer be able to have families enjoy school grounds during school hours. We have student cohorts starting to return and we will need to have school fields accessible to students in the building. We hope that you can enjoy the fields and playgrounds outside of school hours.
