Next PTA Meeting October 22,2020
We have RCMS PTA Membership meeting on Thursday October 22, 2020 at 6:30 pm virtually. Meeting link will be emailed to all PTA Members. Your membership and attendance are vital to making RCMS PTA successful.
For this meeting PTA will host a guest speaker Kavitha Johnson, Nutritionist and Dietician, who will talk about healthy eating habits and building the immune system during flu season.
Our Principal Mr. Gordon Stokes and few other staff members will also be present for the meeting. We hope you can join us and support RCMS PTA.
 
This year's theme, I matter because..., where students can express themselves with the arts of their choice.
 Reflections a Free program, DO NOT MISS OUT. RCMS PTA is requesting our Rachel Carson student to participate. Students can submit their completed work of art in one or all of the categories - Dance Choreography, Film Productions, Literature, Music Composition, Photography and Visual Arts. Calling all submissions, deadline by Saturday October 23,2020.

As we gear up for the month of October, our fundraising is well underway! Thank you to those that have already joined the PTA and donated to support the Panther Pride for Excellence.

WHAT DO THESE FUNDS GET USED FOR THIS YEAR?
PTA is just as important this year as in years past. All donations are 100% tax-deductible. Our goal is to raise $40,000 this year to meet our regular funding needs and our technology goals!

Do you own a local business and want some exposure? A $250 donation to the PTA will guarantee your business presence on the PTA website and in e-newsletters for the entire school year (Sept- June).
