Forgiveness

This week we are focusing on Forgiveness. Forgiveness is the ability to move past being injured, and allow yourself to make up with the person that hurt you. To show forgiveness means, you forgive those who have done wrong and you accept that people make mistakes. Individuals with the character strength of forgiveness have the ability to move forward after someone has caused them pain.

Time to Take Action

Is there anyone in your life that you want to forgive? Think of ways to forgive so you can let go and move forward. Is there anyone in your life that deserves an apology from you? Talk to the person or write them a letter!
