To promote an efficient distribution and collection of materials, please review and complete the following items:

The night before you come to Westfield High School:

  • Review the copy of the Westfield HS Map which outlines the traffic pattern you will follow.
  •  Please FILL OUT THE MENU template to determine which classes for which you need a textbook.
    • If you do not see your specific course on the menu (with a potential exception to AP Psychology and AP World) you will not need any materials at this time for that course.
    • If you do not have access to a printer, please create your own based off the template in the link.
  • If you are returning textbooks from 2019-2020, please use a post-it note indicating your name and student ID number and place on the textbooks you are returning.
    • Library books do not need Post-It notes.

The day you come to Westfield High School:

  • Print your menu and place it on the passenger dashboard of your car.
  • Please bring a pen to write your book numbers on your menu after you receive your book.
  • If you are returning books, please put post-it notes on the outside cover of your textbooks with your student ID.
  • At the ticket booth entrance of the stadium, there will be greeters at the Welcome Station to direct you.
  • Follow the directions of Westfield Security and staff volunteers.
  • Please remain in your car.
    • Westfield staff will give you items or retrieve the returned items from your car.
  • Please wear a mask or face covering at all times.

We appreciate your continued support. If you have a class textbook/materials question, please contact your student’s teacher. If you have any logistical questions, please contact Kyle Laspe or Laura Waterman.
