We hope that you will join us for your child's Back to School Night (BTSN) on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. The purpose of BTSN is to:
- Welcome families to the school community and foster a school-family partnership for the 2020-21 school year
- Provide information about the curriculum, daily schedule, learning expectations in a virtual environment, school routines & procedures, family resources and supports to help your child be successful
- Share more about your child’s classroom experience from teachers and school staff members
Welcome back to our returning families, teachers and staff. For our Kindergarten and new families, welcome to the Bren Mar Park community!
The Bren Mar Park PTA is an important part of our school’s success. Not only do we host fun activities throughout the year like Bingoween (Bingo for great prizes), Runs, and Dances, we fund educational activities for all of our students. Examples of the usual programs we support are assemblies, field trips, and after school enrichment activity scholarships.
This year we are thinking outside the box to support each child, family, and teacher. During this unprecedented time, we need to know how we can best support your child. We are looking forward to hearing your suggestions and ideas, so please email me anytime at bmp.pta@gmail.com.
Our BMP PTA Membership Drive is underway! I encourage you to start or renew your membership for only $10 per person. Please find membership forms in English and in Spanish.
We will have our first virtual general membership meeting on September 24 at 6:30 p.m. We hope you will consider joining us. The link will be shared soon.
