Dear Garfield Family,

We are so excited to be a part of the Garfield Elementary Eagle family! It is an honor to serve such a warm and caring community! We look forward to getting to know more about each one of your children and families! While this online experience will present some challenges, we are excited to tackle it together.  Our school community is “virtually” Unstoppable!  We will continue to go the “distance” for every Eagle.

Last year was an amazing school year! We are so proud of how hard our students and teachers worked to keep the continuity of learning happening! We are equally proud of the collaboration between home and school!  Student success is directly linked to the collaboration between home and school. We look forward to that partnership!

Our doors are always open. We will communicate weekly through the school newsletter, Twitter and/or e-Notify. In addition, there will be virtual parent-teacher conferences, quarterly progress reports and interims as needed to help keep you informed of your child’s academic strengths and areas of growth.

Laptop distribution coming soon...

We will collect laptops from 5th and 6th graders only on Thursday, August 20th from 9 am. - 11 am . Please come to door 9.

 

Pick-up

We are excited to begin the process of ensuring that every eagle has access to technology. In the effort to distribute laptops to every student below are the designated days for grade levels. Our laptops are currently being updated and re imaged to prepare for the new school year.  The office will be contacting families to set up appointments. When you arrive for your appointment, go to door 3 and someone will direct you to the gym.
