Yearbook and NJHS Item Pick up

map

For those families whose students had preordered 2019-2020 HMS Yearbooks and for rising 9th grade students who completed the NJHS requirements in 8th grade last year, we are pleased to announce the details for the distribution of these yearbooks and NJHS items.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any additional yearbook orders at this time, nor will we be selling yearbooks on the days we are distributing them. You will be able to receive these items in a safe and orderly way, utilizing curbside pick-up at Herndon Middle School. HMS staff will be outside the back of the school building (Door #6, where the buses pick-up and drop off) distributing yearbooks Friday, July 31, 9am - 1pm.

Drivers should enter the bus lane just to the east of the school and proceed to Door #6 at the back of the building. Please refer to the attached map for further guidance. To expedite the distribution, please arrive at the school with your student’s name displayed on a sign you can show from your car, written out as follows: LAST NAME, First name. If you have any questions, please email Assistant Principal Tim Hoffman at: TLHoffman@fcps.edu .
