HES School Supplies can be Ordered Online
The HES PTA has made arrangements for you to order school supplies online through Campus Survival Kits. Students will get the exact supplies identified by their teacher delivered in a custom Herndon ES drawstring backpack. Check out the exact details on their flyer or online at www.campussurvivalkits.com/herndon. Order yours by Friday, August 21.

 Herndon ES Yearbooks Have Arrived!
For those of you that ordered yearbooks and haven’t picked them up yet----you can come by the school M-F from 9am-2pm and call the office 703-326-3100 and we will bring the book out to you.
Lifetouch sent some extra books so if you didn’t get to order one, you can purchase now for $14. Please bring EXACT cash or a check made out to Herndon ES.

 Herndon UMC, in partnership Herndon HS, has put together a virtual 5K (walk/run) or 20K (bike) race to build community and raise funds to support Herndon pyramid school kids being able to go back to school ready to learn. Funds raised will go to provide food to area families in need and provide supplies identified as needed by area schools. The race will take place in the first week of September.
