Dear ATES Families,
During Monday’s School Board meeting, FCPS Division Leadership Team and the School Board discussed the opening of schools. Here are a few of the outcomes you need to know:
- Our school day will begin at 9:10 am and school will end at 3:55 pm for both online and in-person classes.
- All Elementary School students (online and in-person) will be provided instruction in:
- Language Arts
- Math
- Science/Social Studies
- Specials classes (Music, Art, Library, PE)
- ESOL and Special Education services will be provided to students supported in these programs
- For in-person classes:
- Last names beginning with A-K will attend Tuesday and Thursday
- Last names beginning with L-Z attend Wednesday and Friday
- The deadline for selecting online or in-person instruction is due today, July 15.
