Below are a few important announcements we do want to take the time to share with our school family:
Change in First Day of School
Yesterday evening the FCPS School Board approved beginning the 2020-2021 school year after Labor Day. The first day of school for all students in FCPS is Tuesday, September 8th.
Return to School Updates
Wednesday, July 15th is the deadline for all FCPS families to submit their survey regarding their school preference for their child(ren) for the 2020-2021 school year.

McNair Community Virtual Town Hall Meeting
We recognize that families might have questions about the two Return to School options that you have to choose between regarding how your child(ren) will receive their instruction next school year. To help answer the questions you might have as you weigh this very important decision, we will be offering our McNair families the option to join us on Monday, July 13th for a virtual town hall meeting. The meeting will take place from 6:00-7:00 p.m. If you would like to attend, please join us using the following Google Meet link: meet.google.com/ixd-fujb-ont. Up to 250 members are able to join us virtually, so if you plan to attend, please be sure to logon before 6:00 p.m.
