The 2019-2020 yearbooks have arrived and we are excited to distribute them! Everything you need to know can be found in this email.
When: Yearbooks will be distributed on Tuesday, July 7, from 12-7 pm.
Where: The front of the school. Please use James Madison Drive to get into the distribution line.
Who: A final list of students who have purchased a list can be found here. If you are receiving this email, you have purchased a yearbook that needs to be picked up.
Can someone else pick it up for me? All yearbooks need to be signed for. If you would like someone else to pick up the book for you, you will need to send in a written note stating the student’s name and ID as well as the name of the student picking up the book on your behalf.
What if I can’t make it on July 7? We are very hopeful to see you next week. If you cannot make it, a second date of August 4 has been reserved for pick-up. The school building is closed in the month of July. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make individual arrangements to pick up a yearbook prior to August 4th.
What do I need to bring? A pen to sign for the yearbook and a mask to wear while interacting with our staff, who are also required to wear a mask.
