Greetings Saxons,
I hope this message finds you and your family enjoying the lazy days of summer. As you are aware, FCPS Superintendent Dr. Brabrand sent an email to the community last week outlining plans for our return to school in the fall. Dr. Brabrand’s letter may be found here,in case you missed it. The entire presentation to the school board can be found here. Now that a clear direction has been provided, we will begin to productively plan for August! Earlier today, families received the FCPS 20-21 School Year Calendar Survey. Completion of the survey is crucial for the school so that we may appropriately plan our staffing for both virtual and face-to-face classes. I kindly ask that you please complete the survey by the July 10 deadline.
I am sure that many of you may have questions that have yet to be answered. Please know, I will provide additional details as they become available.
