Yearbook Distribution & 6th Grade Clap Out
6th Grade Clap Out &Curbside Pickup of Yearbooks begins at 10AM
Kindergarten - 5th Grade Families will follow
Traffic Flow: We ask that families follow our pickup schedule and follow traffic map to allow for spacing of cars. Map is found at the bottom of schedule.
Last Name on Sign: Prepare a paper with your last name largely written in dark marker, so it can be clearly visible when you pull up.
***Working with the yearbook vendor during this difficult time has led to some issues of a shortage in shipment and some misspelllings of names on personalization. Please know we are working on these issues and will resolve as soon as possible. There are no walk up purchases at this time.

6th Grade Families ONLY Promotion Clap Out
10:00 - 10:10 Last names A-D
10:10 - 10:20 Last names E-L
10:20 - 10:30 Last names M-R
10:30 - 10:40 Last names S-Z
We encourage you to decorate your car and have your pom poms ready as we get ready to celebrate our 6th grade students in our 1st ever clap out drive through style. We hope to keep a steady flow of cars throughout our clapout.
Student will receive their yearbook and promotion certificate. All students have promotion certificates and a panoramic photo to pick up. You will also receive your yearbook for other children in the family at your 6th grade time.
Kindergarten - Fifth Grade Families
Pickup will follow the same traffic pattern with the following times for families.
11:00 - 11:15 A-B
11:15 - 11:30 C-D
11:30 - 11:45 E-G
11:45 - 12:00 H-J
12:15 - 12:30 K-L
12:30 - 12:45 P-R
12:45 - 1:00 S-V
1:00 - 1:15 W-Z
Can't make the scheduled time?
If you must come at a different time to accomodate your family, please come between 11 and 1:15. We hope most are able to adhere to this schedule so families do not have to wait in a line long to pickup. We are excited to see everyone!
Did you miss picking up your child's materials earlier?
Do not worry, we have them ready for distribution on this day. You can pick up your yearbook and student materials at the same time.
