In observance of the Juneteenth Holiday on Friday, June 19th and subsequent closure of FCPS, yearbook distribution has been rescheduled as follows:
Yearbook distribution will take place in the bus loop on the following dates and specific times:
Saturday, June 20 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Door #1
Monday, June 22 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Door #1
Please enter Westfield via the bus loop and follow directions of cones and staff volunteers. Please find a traffic map.
In an abundance of caution, please complete the Health Screening Questionnaire before arriving at Westfield HS on either of the distribution dates. This form will not be collected. Please be mindful of added congestion and any additional events occurring on and around our campus.
When picking up your yearbook, please stay in your car and display your name in the window to help locate your book. Please complete the Name Template Yearbook Pick Up .pdf form by typing in your last name, first name and student ID. If you do not have a printer, please write your own copy with the same information as the template.
