Dear Olde Creek Families and Friends,
As we conclude the 2019-20 school year, we are grateful for our incredibly supportive community that has remained positive and strong through these challenging months. It is hard to believe that we have not been together in school for three months. We want to thank you again for your patience and flexibility as we navigated the unknown together. Thank you for trusting us as we transitioned to distance learning and overcame each challenge successfully. Our staff has been exceptional throughout distance learning and has continued to go above and beyond to engage our students in online learning. As a school community, our students and staff have remained strong, flexible, and resilient. We have made the best of these times and we thank you for partnering with us. It has been a joy to celebrate our students throughout this week, especially honoring our 6th grade students. We wish them great success as they transition to middle school!
As we prepare for the next school year, we will continue to communicate with you as we have more information and updates throughout the summer. Please see our summer learning resources that are below. We are OC strong…we are all in this together. Please watch our new staff video that is part of our virtual talent show!
Thank you all again for your positive messages, support, understanding, and kindness throughout this time. This is certainly an unforgettable year and I am so proud to be a member of the Olde Creek community! We hope each of you enjoy this summer and find time to relax with family and friends! We wish you all a safe and healthy summer!

We wanted to share that one of our students was highlighted in the Baltimore Times. Farzam Jedinia, 4th grader, was featured in the below article for his creativity while being quarantined. He has created a YouTube channel where he posts videos of indoor activities for friends while he encourages them to stay home. Way to go, Farzam!
