WT Woodson Families,

We recognize that the recent incidents of racism, hate and injustice against African Americans that have occurred across our nation have impacted many of us in different ways. As a result of what you have seen and/or heard, you may be experiencing feelings of fear, outrage, confusion, uncertainty, or hopelessness. We are aware that these are trying times for our students, staff, and faculty. Our nation is hurting right now but we will get through this together and the Woodson faculty and staff are committed to supporting you through these difficult times. Should you or your son / daughter need assistance, I encourage you to contact a trusted adult, such as the school counselor, a teacher or an administrator.  We are here for you.

Please reach out if you need us,

Dr. Floyd and the WTW Admin Team
