GBW News - June 1, 2020 Student Materials Pickup

Dear GBW Families,

Pick-up of student items in the gym went very smoothly today.  We never had more than a small number of people in the gym at a time.  Most people did not have to wait to get into the gym; no wait was more than half a minute.

We are eager to get students’ items to parents per your requests.  If you missed your time today or won’t be able to come tomorrow at your scheduled block, please feel free to come at any time tomorrow from 8:30-4:00.  We look forward to seeing you!

Remember:

  1. One adult only per family.  No children allowed.
  2. Wear your face mask.
  3. Bring a completed Pre-Screening Health Questionnaire.  Blank forms will be provided at the door.  Please bring your own pen. Only those with a completed form will be able to enter the building for pickup.

Scheduled blocks of time tomorrow:

 8:30-10:00 AM                  Last Names Beginning with M-O

10:00-11:30 AM                Last Names Beginning with P-R

12:30-2:00 PM                  Last Names Beginning with S

2:00-3:30 PM                     Last Names Beginning with T-Z

If tomorrow won’t work, please reach out to Mrs. Schmitt at CISchmitt@fcps.edu, and she will work with you to find another time.  We greatly appreciate everyone’s effort to come and pick up your child’s items.

If you missed the previous medication pick-up, you may pick up medication at door 1.
