We are offering one final opportunity to pick-up student materials this Wednesday, June 3 between the hours of 2:00-6:00 p.m. You are welcome to come any time between those hours to gather student materials.
To assist us with this process, please write the teacher’s name and student last name/first name on a sheet of paper in large block letters. Place this sign in your dash.
When you arrive, pull up to the cafeteria, Door 2, and a staff member will be there to greet you. You will remain in your car, while a staff member will call in your student’s information, retrieve their belongings and place into your car. Please be ready to open your trunk or window for us to place materials into your car.
If you are unable to make this date/time, you are welcome to send a friend to pick-up your child's items. Following this event, any remaining student items will be discarded or donated.
Next week on June 9, between the hours of 12:00-4:00 p.m., you will be able to return any school items (i.e., library books, classroom library books, instruments, etc.). Additional details regarding this opportunity will be coming soon.

We're excited to welcome our newest students for the 2020-21 school year!
To join us, first determine if your student lives in the Sunrise Valley ES boundary by viewing the FCPS boundary locator.
If your student does live in the Sunrise Valley ES boundary, please fill out the new student registration form . This form will be submitted to Christie Panameno, our school registrar, who will be able to assist you with the new student registration process.
There were some production delays due to the pandemic, but the yearbooks are on track to arrive at school the week of June 15. As soon as they come in, we’ll let you know how and when to pick up your copy. We’ll have a drive-up distribution in the parking lot. If you missed the deadline to pre-order a yearbook, any extra yearbooks will be on sale at that time as well. Stay tuned!
