Terra Centre Families,
Our staff has been busy the last two weeks packing up classrooms and gathering student items!
- All identifiable student items have been collected from student desks, classroom cubbies, specialists, etc.
- Items are bagged up and ready for distribution.
- Spring pictures will be included in student bags.
- Yearbooks have been delayed. We will communicate details about distribution when we receive them. If your family is moving out of the area, please email your forwarding address to Dee Cunningham at dmcunningham@fcps.edu.
- Medications will be available for pick up as well. Please refer to the maps below for where to park. Please bring your ID (i.e. Driver’s License) and your own pen to sign for the medication.
Student Item Distribution has been moved to the week of June 8. This will allow us to have a little bit of closure for staff and students with an opportunity to say goodbye… from a distance, or course.
- Items will be distributed by grade level according to the schedule below.
- All items will be picked up curbside, either in the Kiss & Ride Lane or Bus Loop, as designated by grade level.
- Review the maps below for specifics on traffic flow in each area. Please note that 6th grade has a different map route that will allow us a brief opportunity to celebrate their promotion.
- Families must remain in their vehicles.
- We ask that you write your child’s name and teacher’s name on a piece of paper to hold up when you arrive.
- We will also be collecting library books, borrowed classroom books, patrol belts, etc. Please review the instructions below as they differ for K-5, 6, and students who are moving.
- Some families have asked about dropping off teacher gifts. If you would like to drop something off for your child's teacher, please clearly label it with the teacher’s name and child’s name. We will be sure to keep it at school until the teacher can pick it up.
If your family will be moving out of the area before your scheduled pick-up, please email Carrie Pratt at cjpratt@fcps.edu to arrange a time for pick-up prior to June 8.

Distribution & Collection
When picking up items, please bring a piece of paper with your child’s name and his/her teacher’s name. This will help our staff members to keep the line moving quickly!
