Dear Families,
I hope this message finds you healthy and safe! We have developed a plan that will allow families, to pick-up medication/school supplies, and drop off materials like library books, classroom library books, and instruments. In order to maintain the safety of all staff, students, and families we are requiring that you follow the procedures outlined below.
- You must come at the designated day and time listed below.
- You must remain in your vehicle at all times unless otherwise instructed by a staff member.
- You must follow the map below.

Please place a visible sign with your child’s or children’s first and last name, grade level, and teacher’s name in your car window.
Item return

Instrument return - Only 6th grade students, students not returning next year, or those not planning on playing an instrument must return their instrument at this time.

FCPS laptops -
- At this time, all returning students are permitted to keep their FCPS issued laptops.

Students not returning to FCPS for the 2020-21 school year, should return their device.

Library Books -
- Please return any books from the PTES Library and any books from a classroom teacher’s library.
Item Pick-up
We will have plastic bags labeled with student names that have belongings from your child’s classroom. These belongings might include things like headphones, notebooks, pencil boxes, etc.. I have asked teachers to gather items from desks, cubbies, or bins that are labeled with student names.
