Dear Colvin Run families,

On behalf of all of the support staff at Colvin Run, we would like to extend our thanks to you and your children for helping make Support Staff Appreciation Week special for our amazing support staff.

Your children's classroom teachers have worked with you and your children to create special digital thank you messages to our wonderful support staff.  Our front office staff will also be on-site tomorrow if you have any messages of appreciation you would like to deliver.

- Mr. Junge and Mr. Soderstrom

CRES Student Placement-Parent Input Survey 2020-2021 (All Grades)

As we start planning for next year, if you would like to provide input to be referenced during class placement, please complete this OPTIONAL survey regarding your child's learning environment by Friday, May 29th. This form provides an opportunity for parents to provide input the school will reference as we position your child for continued academic success. Class placements are decided using a myriad of factors, so it MAY NOT be possible to honor all below information. By the end of the school year, your child's classroom teacher has worked hard to place your child into a class for next year and they will reference your input while completing class placements. Click here to access this OPTONAL survey.

Student Belongings Pick Up Plan (All Grades)

How to Add Specialists Google Classrooms to Your Child’s Google Classroom screen. (All Grades)

Click here to access our Colvin Run Distance Learning Resource Guide containing detailed Directions to Add Specialists Google Classrooms to your Child’s Google classroom screen (page 5).

Specialists are excited to have OPTIONAL live Specials sessions for students to access during the week.  These optional classes give your child the opportunity to continue to enjoy their specials sessions for the remainder of the school year.  These sessions are organized by grade level, so if the time/schedule does not fit into your family’s schedule, that is completely understandable. We are supportive of you doing what is best for your family.

Several of these specials are happening weekly for the next three weeks, so please enjoy them as your schedule permits. We suggest your child add the Specialists Class Codes in advance of the sessions they would like to attend, so they can log in for that Specials session.

Sixth Grade Promotion Ceremony Digital Folder (6th Grade)

Sixth Grade parents will receive their child's promotion certificates and other applicable certificates in the mail the week of June 8th.  We will also send families a digital folder containing our promotion ceremony speech.  We hope families will use these resources to help honor our promoting sixth grade class.
