Parents,
Earlier this week, your students were given a quick survey to fill out via their Health and PE google classroom. We're asking that they fill out this survey before Monday, May 18th to indicate what we should do with any PE uniforms or other clothing left in the locker room. Some students (especially 8th graders) choose to donate their uniforms to the "loaner pile", and some prefer to keep them as a lasting memory of all of the fun times in middle school phys ed class. In the next few weeks, teachers will be bagging up items found in the locker room and you will get more information about how we will get those items back to students. This will help us make that process more efficient.
I have no doubt that your middle school student is adept at passing on to you all of the messages they are given from the school... but just in case, we wanted to make sure you knew about this survey as well. Thanks... have a great day!

A principios de esta semana, a sus estudiantes se les dio una encuesta rápida para completar a través de su aula de Google de Salud y Educación Física. Les pedimos que completen esta encuesta antes del lunes 18 de mayo para indicar qué debemos hacer con cualquier uniforme de educación física u otra ropa que quede en el vestuario. Algunos estudiantes (especialmente los alumnos de 8º grado) eligen donar sus uniformes a la "pila de préstamos", y algunos prefieren mantenerlos como un recuerdo duradero de todos los momentos divertidos en la clase de educación física de la escuela intermedia. En las próximas semanas, los maestros empacarán los artículos encontrados en el vestuario y usted obtendrá más información sobre cómo devolveremos esos artículos a los estudiantes. Esto nos ayudará a hacer que ese proceso sea más eficiente.
No tengo dudas de que su estudiante de secundaria es experto en transmitirle todos los mensajes que le dan de la escuela ... pero por si acaso, queríamos asegurarnos de que usted también conozca esta encuesta. Gracias ... que tengas un buen día!

If you do not respond to the form, we are assuming that you are donating your uniforms / shoes to Luther Jackson Middle School. Due to the limited time to collect your belongings, you must complete the form before the end of Monday, May 18.
