Attendance
We expect your students to join their classes during synchronous sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays. Teachers will record synchronous session attendance in SIS. Absent students will be coded in SIS as VSN for Virtual Session Non-Participant. If your child is sick, please continue to notify the Cooper attendance line: 703-442-5858 CooperMiddle.Attendance@fcps.edu
Third Quarter Grades
Report cards for this year’s 3rd and 4th quarters will be produced centrally for all secondary schools, except for those parents and/or guardians who have opted to “Go Paperless.” Third quarter grades are visible in ParentVUE and StudentVUE. Report cards will be mailed on or about May 23.

PTO Virtual General Membership Meeting and Q&A with Principal Lisa Barrow

The PTO General Membership meeting will be held through BlackBoard Collaborate Ultra on Thursday, May 28 @ 9:30am. As we did with the virtual principal coffee last month, we will provide a Google form for you to RSVP and indicate questions you would like addressed. We will email a meeting link to all those who RSVP.

FCPS MS After-School Programs
Go VIRTUAL
FCPS Middle School After-School has put together a number of virtual after-school activities to engage middle school students while they are at home.
Cooper students can access these virtual after-school activities by joining the "Cooper MS After-School @ Home" Google Classroom.

We hope your students enjoy this site and it helps them actively pursue interests while social distancing. If you or your student have ideas for other activities, please email your After-School Program Specialist or use the "FCPS MS @ Home Interest Form" located on the classroom home page.
