Happy Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week! Thank you for all that you do each day for our Brookfield Broncos! |
We need your help in projecting our total enrollment for next school year. For families NOT returning to Brookfield Elementary in the fall of 2020-21, please complete and return the “Student’s Intention for the Next School Year” form by May 22, 2020.
A typed parent/guardian name on the Parent Signature line is acceptable. Student ID Number may be left blank. Only those families whose students are transferring should save the completed form, attach it to an email and sent it to our Registrar, Sussy Carbajal via email at smcarbajal@fcps.edu. Contact Ms. Carbajal for any questions at smcarbajal@fcps.edu or 703-814-8705.
Access the “Student’s Intention for the Next School Year” on the FCPS public website:
https://www.fcps.edu/registration/forms#intention-form
Hi Brookfield Families,
If you would like to order spring portraits, please email your child's classroom teacher! They will then provide you with a code and directions on how to place the order.
If you have any general questions, please email Brandi Kapusta at bakapusta@fcps.edu
Schools remain closed to families; however, if you have a rising kindergartner or other new student to register, we would like to do a preliminary registration now. Early registration for next year is important as it supports the number of teachers for which we are staffed.
Please visit our website to start the registration process. For questions about any of this, please contact our school registrar, Sussy Carbajal at smcarbajal@fcps.edu
When the office re-opens, we will ask you to come to the school to present the necessary documentation for registration (child’s original birth certificate, physical and immunizations, enrolling parent’s ID, lease/deed to your home). This will finalize your child’s registration.
As the 2019-2020 school year draws to a close, we start to consider class placements for next year. If you have any information you’d like to share about your child and/or the type of learning environment you feel would be best suited for your child, please complete the Student Survey Form on or before Friday, May 15. Click on the link above to access the form.
