Thank you to all of our Pine Spring Teachers!
You’ve heard me say a million times that everyone at Pine Spring is a teacher. From our classroom teachers, to specialist, from our mental health team, to our office staff, building service workers, SACC team, and of course all the families that are raising our Bobcats at home, YOU are a teacher and we celebrate you this week!
Recently, some of the lessons taught at Pine Spring have been more noticeable. Our teachers have spent this time teaching so much more than reading and math. They’ve taught our children that community is important. They have showed them that even when something doesn’t work the first time, you must keep trying; that the success is worth the effort. Possibly most importantly, our Pine Spring teachers taught our children that even things around them don’t seem normal, they are not alone and that they have an entire community to count on to make things feel right again. For all these lessons and so many more, please join me in celebrating all of our teachers this week!
Being connected to our amazing community is more important now than ever. We would love to see everyone come together for the May PTA meeting. In an effort to keep some sense of routine, we will have the PTA meeting at it's regularly scheduled time. Please join us this Thursday, May 7th at 7PM for our monthly PTA meeting. We will have our amazing technology specialist, Mrs. D'Ornellas, join us to help answer any Distance Learning questions.
