SCMS Stress Less Spirit Week

STRESS LESS SPIRIT WEEK

During the week of May 4th – 8th, in addition to celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week, SCMS will be celebrating Stress Less Week. We have created some fun-filled Spirit Week activities to destress our hardworking teachers, students and families.  Many of us are feeling stressed, and we would like to take some time to come together as a community and learn how to handle our stress.  Each day we will have a different theme.   Staff, students and families are encouraged to dress for the theme and will be given stress busting activities from their counselors.

THEME DAYS:

Monday 5/4- Laugh More Day                       Wear wacky/ mismatched clothes

Tuesday 5/5- Tie Dye Tuesday                        Wear your tie dye or neon clothes

Wednesday 5/6- Workout Wednesday          Wear your workout gear

Thursday 5/7- Pajama Day                             Wear your favorite pajamas all day

Friday 5/8- Fun Family Friday                         Wear your South County gear. Take a photo of you doing a fun activity with your family. Pets included.
