Each year, FCPS seniors must complete a brief, 8-question survey at the end of their Senior year. The survey is online in Naviance Student (Student access Naviance by logging into their Blackboard 24/7 account) and usually takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Completion of senior survey is also how Student Services knows where to send your one final transcript.
For those seniors who plan to attend a 2- or 4-year college/university after high school graduation you must check the “send final transcript” for the school you want to receive your final transcript. If you do not see the “send final transcript” check box, you will need to complete “Parent Consent Form” giving permission for your transcripts to be sent. Email completed form to Ms. Hofmann, WP Transcript Specialist, EAHofmann@fcps.edu.

You can complete the survey on a mobile device; however, a laptop is recommended and be sure to use the Chrome browser.
