Dear Lees Corner Families,
Distance Learning got off to a successful start over the last two weeks, and it has been such a thrill to see students and teachers reconnecting! Now, we would like to connect with our parent community.
On Friday, May 8, 2020 we will be holding two virtual “Principal’s Coffee” sessions where we will connect with you and respond to questions on a variety of topics. In order to help us prepare the agenda for this event, please share any questions you might have using our Questions for Principal's Coffee form. Please enter one question per submission.
So, if you would like to learn more about what distance learning looks like at Lees Corner, and you want an opportunity to connect with Lees Corner staff and parents, we have a plan for you!
You are cordially invited to attend our first ever virtual “Principal’s Coffee” next Friday, May 8, 2020 at the following times:
9:00 a.m. K-2 Families
10:00 a.m. 3-6 Families
The meeting will take place via Blackboard Collaborate Ultra (BbCU), the same tool your children are using when they are engaged in one hour of synchronous learning with their teachers each morning. Don’t worry if you don’t know how BbCU works! It is easy to learn, and you already have student experts in your homes.
Mark your calendars and stay tuned! The morning of the event you will receive more information including a link to join the meeting. The link should arrive in your email approximately 15 minutes before the meeting. The email will be sent via eNotify/School Messenger.

We have great news for students in grades 1-6! Starting on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, Art, Music, and PE classes will go LIVE on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. following the schedule below.
