Dear Beech Tree Families,
Our School-Based Technology Specialist and I participated in training this afternoon, and have scheduled various trainings for teachers this week. I would like each team to have as much information as possible about options we may use to provide synchronous, face-to-face, virtual instruction. After completion of these additional trainings, teachers will be better able to make an informed decision about how we will proceed. They have put forth a lot of time and effort and I want them to have a say in how we will move forward with Distance Learning.

I will meet with teams at the end of this week to make a final decision for how we will proceed with synchronous instruction, on a consistent basis, next week. I will then inform you of that decision and any additional information you might need to help us make it a successful experience!

- Curbside Pickup:
- Both breakfast and lunch are available for pick up between 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
- Curbside meal pick-up stations are generally located in the bus lanes at the schools or in the kiss and ride area. Look for the canopy tent along with Food and Nutrition Services staff, who will deliver meals directly to vehicles.
- Walk-ups are still welcome at all sites. Walkers are asked to use school sidewalks to safely navigate their walk to the pick-up stations.
