Good Day Wolverines!
It seems the blackboard updates were ineffective today. Thankfully, West Potomac teachers are prepared to continue instruction/learning activities via Google Classroom as we did last week.
Tomorrow we will have students log in to their google classrooms for Silver day (1,3,5,7) classes. Please follow virtual bell schedule found here.
This will allow teachers the opportunity to use live applications like google questions (discussion board), quizlet, flipgrid, and padlet. These apps allow student and teachers to have live interactions. There will also be recorded videos available for some classes. Teachers will still be available via email as well.
We have developed some optional Wellness Block (3rd pd) activities thanks to our amazing Student Services Team. Please visit your Class of Google Classroom tomorrow for a variety of links/resources. These will also be shared with teachers and may be available in your Advisory Google Classroom. Videos range from self-care and tips for online learning to a college financial aid overview and college application process overview. If your child has any questions, please encourage them to email their counselor.
