Poplar Tree Families and Students.
The county continues to experience Blackboard Learn issues at the vendor application level. All users will most likely experience intermittent access and navigation issues within FCPS 24-7 Blackboard throughout the day, while they continue to troubleshoot. Meanwhile, Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, which operates outside of the Blackboard Learn environment, appears to be functioning without issue.
Please know that the county is well aware of the issues and are working to restore service. At this time, it is not necessary to submit additional inquiries.
We appreciate your patience as we work through the issues with Blackboard, and we want to assure you that our teams are working around the clock to impress upon Blackboard how critical it is to restore full service to FCPS 24-7.
