On April 6th, the PTA kicked off the Wolftrap 5k & Fun Run Virtual event. COVID19 has meant profound changes, but we are together in VIRTUAL format. This virtual event invites families to:
- share in a healthy activity, walk or run in your neighborhood or wherever you feel safe (even your own backyard)
- always follow CDC guidelines and keep a safe distance from others
- Show your spirit by wearing your 5k shirt or Wolftrap spiritwear!
- Post a pic to our private Facebook page and be automatically entered for a chance to win an Elevation Burger gift card
We have received amazing pictures of families together sporting their shirts. Continue to enjoy healthy activities staying safe and healthy. Email here with questions on shirts or request a pickup from the school for those outside the Wolftrap boundary.

At a time like this, we wanted to give families an opportunity to support needs broader than our own. To that end, we are offering a limited Silent Auction. Bidding opened Monday, April 6 and will close Sunday April 19 at 6pm.
We are excited to report we are meeting our goals and the first $2,000 will go towards grocery card needs for a local school identified as having significant food needs. Additional proceeds will continue towards summer purchasing goals for Wolftrap. A huge thank you to our amazing community for your participation! We are very excited to be able to help out our community in this time of need.
